Congratulations to the New Orleans Saints for winning the Superbowl. I honestly didn't care who won, just wanted to see a good game which it was. Kind of a feel good story for the Saints and Drew Brees. The man has had a very eventful year with the passing of his mother and the birth of his son.

Anyone check out the college basketball rankings today? Three Big East teams in the top five. Pretty impressive. Bob Knight said today on College Basketball Live that this conference is the deepest one in history. Would love to see someone try and argue that. I think there will only be 9 teams that make the NCAA tourney but it wouldn't surprise me if 11 got the call on selection sunday.

With the football season officially ending and the recent continuation of struggles by UC basketball, I'm getting more and more exited about the upcoming baseball season. Opening day is roughly two months; can't wait to spend cool summer nights down at the ballpark.
